Bay Area Drupal Camp

I work as a network admin for a Californian nonprofit. I recently started working with Tech Soup, another nonprofit, that is very active in both the real life, and Second Life. I am working on a Drupal based site that provides a jump off point from the internet to Second Life offices of many foreign and international nonprofit agencies. The site will allow users to search a database for nonprofits based on location in the world, goals, basic categories, and key words. It will provide contact information on the web, in Second Life, and a SLURL, or ‘teleportation’ link for users to go to the Second Life offices of the nonprofit.

So I’m just enjoying the community that Tech Soup has built, and trying to help out with the global nonprofit sector.
