Hosted Drupal Products - configurable and updatable Drupal profiles
Session Description
In this session we will review the design and architecture for creating Drupal based hosted products. The session will focus on provisioning and queuing of automated system administration tasks, such as cron, backup, deletion, updating.
In the second part of the session we will present the packages modules which allowed for versioned Drupal products which can upgraded and re-configured automatically. We will discuss the benefits and implementation of iteratively improving hosted Drupal products by extending the Drupal update system to version configurations of Drupal.
