Business processes for CRM cover areas into web2.0. Current CRM solutions offered today don’t cover the application needs for all sections of the business processes supporting CRM. For example a Support organization would benefit from online blogs, wikis, and web content. As such those web content areas such as sales contact and event activity pages, support content, and marketing collateral could be provided with a good CMS such as Drupal. Drupal looks to be a good enterprise solution with it’s strong technical architecture and security features.
