The Business of Drupal

Session Description

If you make a living from Drupal or would like to this panel should be of interest. We will have an open discussion covering topics related to business issues. Dan will put together a small panel of folks who can answer your questions, be they technical or business oriented. We’ll leave most of the detailed technical issues to other more intense sessions. Some of the issues we can cover are:

- How do I become a Drupal consultant? – What sorts of services are others offering? – What sorts of projects is Drupal best suited for? – Who “owns/runs” Drupal? – How do I find a Drupal consultant? – How do I find Drupal clients? – If I already have a web consulting business how do I get started with Drupal?

The session will be more of a moderated open discussion with input and participation from everyone who attends prioritized over lecturing/formal presentations.
